01. Do I need to be Home and/or work directly with the organizer?

This is totally up to you! We are equally happy working alongside our clients or leave the job up to us. Ideally you would be available for brief check ins to review categories if we are decluttering and if we have questions for you. 

02. Do you offer virtual sessions?

Definitely. Virtual sessions can be really helpful. Often times our clients find themselves stuck with where to begin, how to begin or how to maintain and they just need some guidance/support. 

03. I have trouble letting stuff go, how can you help me?

Sometimes stuff holds emotional ties and letting go can be challenging. We understand. Together we can work through those thought patterns and typically can find a resolution. We will never force you to get rid of anything, but we will gently encourage you to examine your thinking patterns.  

04. What does a session look like?

They vary from client to client because every situation is unique. During our initial online chat we are keen to learn about your struggles, your goals, your ideas for your home. We will want to know what are you are keen to focus on first. On the day of your session your organizer will have a game plan. With an end goal in mind we will work towards clearing the space, sorting, categorizing and rehoming certain things creating a more functional and tidy space that works with your lifestyle. 

05. I am embarassed by the state of my space but I know I need help. 

In the psychology world this is referred to as "house shame" stemming from a perception that it (your space) doesn't meet societal standards. This can lead to feeling inadequate, self conscious, embarrassed, anxious and can even lead to social isolation.
We don't want any of this for you.
We have seen so many scenarios and nothing phases us.
We just genuinely want to help you make positive change.
 

07. what is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a session. Please call us @604-842-2562.
Sometimes emails are not checked until the following business day.
We require a $100 deposit to book a session date.
Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit. 
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation on this.
Our time is also valuable. 

08. How many sessions do I need?

This will vary greatly on your unique situation. If you need a refresh on your closet or pantry this could be a one session booking. Multi space projects will take time and will require multiple days. Organizing sessions are intended to help you create simple and intuitive systems. You may require maintenance every so often because lets be honest, life is not perfect and our homes should not be either, they are lived in and will get messy. We want to make it easier to reset. 

We are dedicated to helping you feel more at ease in your home, less overwhelmed and more clear.
